School’s out for Summer

As the school year comes to an end, the posts on StudyHallnotes will be fewer. If you have anything you would like to post concerning your school, please feel free to do so at anytime. Just because school is out doesn’ t mean you won’t have anything interesting to say. I’m sure there are a lot of students out there taking summer courses who may be looking for tips and advice. Not to mention all the recent grads looking for career advice and new jobs. We also still have our classified section where you can sell just about anything. I will be checking the site weekly throughout the summer and posting anything students may find interesting. Otherwise I wish everyone a safe and happy summer. See you in September.

Graduating High School and College Seniors

What are your plans for the future? In the current economic crisis we face, the decisions you make over the next few years will be vital. Will you continue your education? Are you ready to hit the job market running? For those of you who have already made a decision to what you plan to do, give us some updates on where you are headed. You may also be able to give some advice to those of us who have no idea as to what we will do next. For those of  us who are clueless to what we plan to do, post your questions on StudyHallNotes so others may be able to assist in your decision making process. Whatever you plan to do, make sure you do your research and pay attention to what’s going on in the economy. Many options that were available your freshman year of school are no longer around. At the same time, the current economic crisis has presented a number of career options that were not needed fours years ago. Also, don’t make a decision based purely on money. All the money in the world won’t matter if you truely hate what you are doing.  You must also be realistic. If what you love to do only pays $10k a year, you may want to explore other options. Whatever you chose and whatever your have questions about, let us know at StudyHallNotes.
