Haddon Township resident Rebecca Timms, 20, a junior at Rowan University, becomes national president of the Public Relations Student Society of America on June 1. She will be the fourth Rowan student to hold the office (Natalie Neczypor was the most recent in 2002,) more than any other college or university in the country.
