FRANKLIN TWP. — A teacher’s aide at Delsea Regional High School has had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student since August, police said Monday.

The aide, Joseph M. Stephenson, 29, of George Street has been charged with sexual assault. Stephenson, who is married, has been suspended without pay from his job. Read more »

BRIDGETON – A judge on Thursday halved bail for a Delsea teacher from Salem County charged with carrying on a months-long sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student.

Daniel L. Harvey Sr., 41, of Pilesgrove Township, was arrested Wednesday night and charged with sexual assault, child endangerment and official misconduct. Harvey was arrested at his parents’ home, where he has been staying while a divorce from his wife is finalized, authorities said. Read more »

The world of swimming is surely seeing one of the most radical changes. While the fans of Aaron Peirsol are basking in his glory after his win against Michael Phelps, there is great news for the fans of Dagny Knutson also. The young, 17 year old swimmer won her third gold medal as she defeated Katie Hoff in the 400m freestyle women’s championship on Saturday at the Charlotte UltraSwim. Earlier on she had defeated Hoff in the 200m freestyle for women on Friday, 15th May. Knutson has also won the 400m IM.
